The glass is hand rolled clear textured glass, but there is a slight amber glow to the light because of Westinghouse's back panel reflector that maximizes lighting effect. 100 watt max, but you would still get good light with a 60 or 75-watt. 12" overall height, 6.25" square, 7.25" wall extension, wires come out 7" from top of lantern, wallplate is 4.4" wide by 6.25" high.
